Emma Raducanu vs Greet Minnen prediction
Emma Raducanu could only make the second-round of the Australian Open, her last event. The British number one got through her first-round match but struggled in the next stage against Anastasia Potapova. She served for the first set but quickly lost her advantage, going on to lose 7-6 6-2. Raducanu has since split from coach Francisco Roig, and she will be hoping for a string of victories this week.
She faces Greet Minnen in round one. She failed to qualify for the Australian Open after a loss in the final stage to Linda Klimovicova. Minnen then competed on the ITF circuit in Porto but was defeated in the first-round by Elizara Yaneva despite taking the first set. She is ranked 125 in the world.
Raducanu has not been at her best so far this season, but she will be the clear favourite to defeat Minnen and get through to the next round of the competition.
