Emma Navarro vs Paula Badosa prediction
Number 23 seed for the tournament Emma Navarro will be expecting to challenge for the quarter-finals at Wimbledon this year, as she achieved in 2024. Navarro reached the quarter-finals of the Bad Homburg Open last week after finishing as runner-up at the Nottingham Open.
Paula Badosa was once ranked number two in the world in the spring of 2022 but the Spaniard, through injuries and a loss of form, has drifted significantly. She had to withdraw from Bad Homburg last week after being knocked out in the quarter-finals in Berlin.
Badosa could have done with a nicer draw and a deep run to rediscover her best at Wimbledon but Navarro is a tough test and siding with the American is the way to go for this one.
