Elena-Gabriela Ruse vs Mirra Andreeva prediction

Elena-Gabriela Ruse advanced to the third-round of a major for just the second time in her career as she defeated Ajla Tomljanovic in straight sets. The Romanian only conceded one break point throughout the match as she won 6-4 6-4 after one hour and 29 minutes. 

She now takes on Mirra Andreeva. The Russian continued her winning run with a comfortable win over Maria Sakkari. She made a fast start, winning the first six games of the match to take the first set. She broke again at the start of the second, though Sakkari finally made it a contest by breaking back to drawl level. Andreeva broke for the fifth time in total before serving it out to win 6-0 6-4. She has now won six matches in a row after her title in Adelaide last week.

Andreeva is in rampant form at the moment and should have too much for Ruse.
