Elena Rybakina’s push for just a second title of 2025 begins against Dayana Yastremska in Ningbo. 

The third seed arrives on the back of a quarter-final run in Wuhan and faces the Ukrainian for the third time after the world number 30 took down Victoria Mboko in straight sets.

Rybakina won comfortably at the Australian Open earlier in the year and then had to fight back to prevail late in the third in Montreal more recently. 

The Kazakhstani’s serve and plus one will be too good again in these conditions and it is likely to be job done in two.
