THE PREDICTION
Warwickshire may well be getting seriously worried over the prospect of relegation at this point after being beaten by Hampshire at the Ageas Bowl. Whilst they boast a batting line-up with plenty of lower order resistance, their bowling attack has simply not been up to standard and fellow strugglers Kent will be confident of cashing in at Edgbaston. Both sides have won just once so far this season and on what is usually a flat track in Birmingham, that is unlikely to change here. However, Warwickshire with home advantage in their favour will be confident of an improved batting performance than what they showed against Hampshire and backing them to accrue a 1st innings lead is worth considering.
