THE LOWDOWN
Notts Outlaws come into this on the back of a seven-run win against Lancashire Lightning last Saturday which extended their unbeaten run to seven matches. The Outlaws have had an astonishing three ties in the Blast so far. The excellent form of Alex Hales at the top-of-the-order has given the hosts a real platform in nearly every match. They come up against a Leicestershire Foxes side that appear to have reverted back to their poor early season form after a run of three straight runs a week or so ago.
THE PREDICTION
This is a match between of the best sides in the entire competition and one of the worst. Despite being one of the worst, the Leicestershire Foxes have had some brilliant individual performances with four players taking ten or more wickets and four players having scored more than 200 runs including the opening pair of Scott Steel and Josh Inglis who have hit more than 300. Regardless of that, they are coming up against a very impressive white-ball team and the home team will come into this as favourites.
