THE PREDICTION
Durham will be very happy to be facing a heavily depleted Sussex as it gives them the perfect opportunity to bounce back after losing by an innings of Nottinghamshire last time out. They struggled with the bat in that one, but should have no problems piling on the runs against this Sussex side who are desperately short on numbers in the bowling ranks, largely through injuries. Should Ollie Robinson be allowed to play by ECB then it could well even the odds somewhat, but the reality is that unless the likes of Tom Haines, Cheteshwar Pujara or Mohammad Rizwan are to go big with the bat, then the hosts should fall to a third defeat of the season so far.
