THE PREDICTION

Melbourne Storm are in a relentless run of form right now having won 11 of their last 12 matches and they are big favourites to extend that run against West Tigers here. The Tigers have lost six of their last eight matches and they have suffered some heavy defeats against teams in the top half of the ladder. There is a chance that the Storm ease off the gas a little prior to the finals but they will be desperate to maintain their momentum. With the Storm giving up 14 points in the handicap, they can comfortably cover that and win by a bigger margin than that against the Tigers who may be struggling for motivation.
