South Africa not only levelled up their T20i series against West Indies last time out, they made history in the process, completing a T20i record run chase of 259 at Centurion. The match was the first ever T20i to see over 500 runs scored with centuries on both sides. To be on the wrong end of such a result will have no doubt hurt West Indies, whose bowlers had no answer to the destructive top order of the Proteas, although they can surely take heart from such a strong batting display of their own.
