THE PREDICTION
Delhi Capitals have suffered mores disruption than any other teams during IPL 2020 but they continue to impress with their outstanding bowling attack and consistent batting line-up. After losing to Mumbai Indians, they bounced back nicely by overcoming Rajasthan Royals in a 13-run win last time out although the absence of Pant continues to hamper them. That is not so much due to Alex Carey replacing him but more due to Ajinkya Rahane struggling on his return to the side and slowing them down. They desperately need him to find some form as they cannot continue to carry him. Thankfully enough players around him are in good form and their bowling attack continues to shine. They face Chennai Super Kings here who picked up a much-needed win last time out to stay in touching distance of the knockout spots. Sam Curran is playing the pinch-hitter role at the top of the order while Ravindra Jadeja looked to find a bit of form last time out to add more depth to their batting. They are still not totally convincing however and against a strong side like Delhi, they are tipped to fall short once again here.
