• Back-to-back BBL champions Sydney Sixers have another opportunity to book their place in another final after losing to Perth Scorchers in the first qualifier, although they will need to improve on that most recent showing against Adelaide Strikers, which saw them lose by eight wickets back on January 17th.
• The Sixers remain unable to play Australian international Steve Smith after Cricket Australia rejected his request to feature having not been contracted at the start of the tournament, whilst captain Moises Henriques also has a decision to make over whether to give opener Justin Avendano another chance following his dismissal for 0 against the Scorchers.

ADELAIDE STRIKERS

• Two wins for Adelaide Strikers in the play-offs so far have seen them make it to the Challenger match and they’ll be hoping that their momentum can carry them all the way to the final, having now won each of their last six BBL fixtures.
