- Fortune Barishal pulled off a stunning win on Tuesday as after conceding 220/7 against Rajshahi, they managed to chase the target down with 11 balls and eight wickets to spare as Parvez Hossain Emon scored a sensational unbeaten century from 42 balls to guide them to an unlikely victory.
- That win has kept them in contention for a knockout round spot and while a win here would be extremely welcome, that place will likely come down to their final group game against Dhaka.
- Barring any unknown fitness issues, the likelihood is that they will name an unchanged side but they will have to bowl better against this strong Chattogram batting line-up than they did against Rajshahi.
GAZI GROUP CHATTOGRAM
- Gazi Group Chattogram have comfortably been the standout team of the group stage so far as they have won five of their six games so far and they will have half an eye on the knockout phase now and preparing for that following their win over Khulna last time out.

Barishal come off an excellent win on Tuesday and for a team arguably the worst on paper in the competition, they have given themselves a fighting chance of making the semis now. They face the top team in Chattogram and this will be a real test for them but they will have the edge in motivation. Chattogram have more quality in their ranks and while they may rotate a little or not be quite as motivated, they should still have enough all-round quality to edge this one.
