Corentin Moutet vs Alex Michelsen prediction

Alex Michelsen will take on Corentin Moutet for a place in the 2025 final in Mallorca. 

The American edged past Spanish hope Roberto Bautista Agut 6-4 7-6 while Moutet outplayed Learner Tien to prevail 6-2 7-5. 

This will be their first tour level meeting, although Moutet did win in qualifying on the Monte Carlo clay last year. 

Michelsen’s power on grass will make him more of a threat and he will be the favourite.

There’s something about Moutet when he’s on song and he does seem to enjoy playing on the Spanish island. 

We think Michelsen will have too much firepower in the end, but Moutet may well push him to the wire.
