Coleman Wong vs Gabriel Diallo prediction

Coleman Wong will be eyeing an upset on home turf when he takes on Gabriel Diallo. 

The wildcard scored a shock 6-3 7-5 win over Mariano Navone in the first round but will need an even better display against the sixth seed.

Diallo’s serve did much of the damage in his 6-4 7-6 victory over Jesper de Jong and the Canadian will be hoping a deep run here will be the perfect start to his hopes of making this a big year in his bid to reach the top. 

They have met once before in a Challenger in Cary on 2024 where Diallo’s power proved key. That was on clay and it is likely to be even more decisive on hardcourt.

Wong could force a decider but if the sixth seed's hefty serve flows, it's worth exploring the odds for a straight-sets triumph.
