Catalans Dragons vs Toulouse prediction

Catalan Dragons and Toulouse Olympique face off in a fascinating all-French affair to round off day one of Magic Weekend.

If this match is anything like the first time they met earlier in the season, it promises to be a highly entertaining encounter.

The Dragons ran out winners 33-26 in that match and both teams go out with the same kind of attitude, we can expect another high-scoring match.

Catalans are hovering just outside the top six and it looks beyond their reach this season. That said, they have done a good job against the teams at the bottom end of the ladder while they have fallen short on the whole against the better teams in the Super League.

Toulouse have lost five of the last six and are struggling defensively of late. They have conceded 124 points in their last three matches and that fragile form could well continue here.

We fully expect Catalans to get the win but the play here is on total points.

Catalans Dragons vs Toulouse tip: Over 50.5 total points
