Leeds Rhinos Team News: Forward shortage

Castleford Tigers vs Leeds Rhinos Prediction

Leeds Rhinos have been in good form of late and picked up a really impressive 14-22 win on the road against Leigh Leopards most recently, a fine result when considering who Leigh have already beaten this season. However, across their last three games in which they have racked up 78 points, the Rhinos were beaten by a single point away to Wakefield Trinity, a hugely disappointing result in a local derby.

Castleford Tigers will be looking to channel that derby atmosphere and make things as uncomfortable for Leeds as Wakefield did. The Tigers have lost back-to-back games whilst conceding 76 points in the process, but Wakefield were also struggling before Leeds came to town, so Castleford have a shot. However, the sensible move is to back the Rhinos against this Castleford defence.
