Camila Osorio vs Lucia Bronzetti prediction

Camila Osorio produced some encouraging performances in Beijing last month as she defeated Ann Li and Anna Kalinskaya to make the third-round, but she was then forced to retire against Iga Swiatek. That was her best result at a 1000 event this season. She has struggled with her form since, having lost in the first-round of the Wuhan Open and then she failed to qualify in Ningbo. 

Lucia Bronzetti is still yet to win a main draw match since August. That victory last came in the third-round of the Cincinnati Open. She has lost five first-round matches in a row and like her opponent, she was unable to qualify for the last tournament in Ningbo. Bronzetti has struggled to produce consistent results all season and has now lost 27 of her 47 matches throughout this year.

Osorio also leads the head-to-head 2-0 overall. She should be considered the favourite to win against the out-of-form Italian.
