Camila Osorio vs Jelena Ostapenko prediction
Camila Osorio had to work hard in her opening match in Cincinnati as she battled to a three-set win over Moyuka Uchijima 7-5 1-6 6-4.
That win came in spite of the fact that she served 11 double faults and she cannot afford to be so wasteful as she now takes on 23rd-seed Jelena Ostapenko.
The Latvian looked to be playing reasonably well in Montreal but she came up against an inspired and in-form Naomi Osaka in the third round and lost in straight sets.
She will hope to click into gear in Cincinnati this week but she has met Osorio once before on clay last year and was beaten so she will know this will be a tough test.
Osorio will benefit from having played a round already but she will have to sharpen up. She will fancy her chances of raising her game and knocking out a seed here and we think the Colombian represents some value here.
