Cameron Norrie vs Dalibor Svrcina prediction

Cameron Norrie has struggled for his usual consistency during the 2026 season, but there have still been some highlights. His most impressive result was at Indian Wells, as he defeated Alex de Minaur to advance to the quarter-finals, where he lost to Carlos Alcaraz in straight sets. He also reached the Los Cabos semi-finals and the round-of-16 at the Canadian Open. His recent results have been less convincing, as he lost in the first-round of the US Open to Luca Van Assche, along with another early defeat to top seed and two-time slam champion Alexander Zverev in Beijing.

Dalibor Svrcina has spent much of the season outside the top 100. His best tour-level result was a quarter-final in Los Cabos, while he also successfully qualified for the US Open and reached the second-round before losing in four sets to Luciano Darderi. The Czech has already won twice in Shanghai qualifying, recovering to beat Billy Harris and advancing after the retirement of Yoshihito Nishioka. 

Svrcina lacks the weapons to hurt Norrie over three sets, and the former British number one has to be viewed as the favourite.
