Cameron Norrie’s tough season took another turn as he was beaten by Michael Zheng in the first-round of Wimbledon. That extended his losing run to six matches, and he is now without a victory since the third-round of the Madrid Open back in April. His first-round opponent is Aleksandar Kovacevic. The American is also on a losing run, with three defeats in a row. Kovacevic was beaten by Botic van de Zandschulp in the first-round of Wimbledon. Furthermore, his record in Los Cabos is excellent, with a final appearance in 2025 backed up by two other quarter-final finishes.
