THE PREDICTION

Baskonia made a poor start to the campaign as they went down to Olympiacos in a one-sided defeat. In contrast to that, Milan were impressive winners over CSKA Moscow and the Italian side will be full of confidence after such a positive performance. There is little to split the pair in terms of their head-to-head matchups with the hosts holding a 10-9 lead in EuroLeague contests and while they are much stronger on home court where they boast a 7-2 record, the manner of each team’s respective efforts last week suggests that the away side can come out on top.
