Arthur Rinderknech vs Clement Tabur prediction

Arthur Rinderknech advanced to the third-round of Wimbledon for the second straight year after beating Oliver Tarvet and Martin Damm. He then faced 24-time major winner Novak Djokovic on Centre Court. The Frenchman was competitive, extending the contest after a winning a third set. Nevertheless, he would fall to a four set defeat. Rinderknech advanced to the quarter-finals of this event in 2021.

He will take on compatriot Clement Tabur in the round-of-16. Tabur made it three straight wins including qualifying as he came from a set down to beat Jurij Rodionov. He broke in the 10th game of the decider to clinch a 4-6 7-5 6-4 victory after two hours and 20 minutes. Tabur only converted three of his 15 break point opportunities, and his conversion rate must improve against Rinderknech, who possesses a strong serve.

Tabur will look to extend the rallies and force errors, but the higher ranked Rinderknech is still the firm favourite to book a place in the last eight for the second time.
