Arthur Fery finally makes his return to the tour after an incredible run to the semi-finals of Wimbledon as a wildcard. He takes on James Duckworth in his opening match after receiving a bye. Duckworth defeated Jeff Wolf in straight sets to book a meeting with Fery. The second set went all the way to a tiebreak, with Duckworth reeling off seven points in a row to clinch a 7-5 7-6 (0) victory.
