Anna Blinkova vs Iva Jovic prediction
Anna Blinkova is still searching for her first win of the campaign after four straight losses. Blinkova was defeated by Talia Gibson in the first-round of the Australian Open and followed that up with a loss to Nikola Bartunkova in Ostrava. Worryingly for Blinkova, she is also yet to win a set this season and her task will be made a lot tougher in Austin as she faces Iva Jovic.
Jovic, the Australian Open quarter-finalist, competed in Dubai last week, her first tournament since the first major of the year. She wasn’t at her best but managed to win both of her matches against Kamilla Rakhimova and Diana Shnaider in three sets to reach round three. However, she would then lost to eventual winner Jessica Pegula.
Jovic will be expected to win this handsomely against an out-of-form Blinkova, who is yet to be involved in a competitive match so far in 2026.
