Alexandra Eala has found the going tough since exploding into the top 100 with her incredible run in Miami.

The teenager took down a host of big names including Iga Swiatek on her way to the semi finals but has since won just two matches heading into the second major of the year. 

Arango has also found wins tricky to come by since losing to Emma Navarro in the Merida final.

They have met once before with Arango winning in a deciding set in Miami last year. 

The switch to clay may well swing this in Eala’s favour with the 19-year-old a better player than when they last did battle.
