ALEXANDER ZVEREV VS STEFANOS TSITSIPAS PREDICTION
Number three seed Alexander Zverev picked up a fantastic win on Thursday afternoon as he beat home favourite Arthur Fils in a three-set battle. There was very little separating the two players and there was plenty of tension in the arena after their last meeting saw Fils beat Zverev in the Hamburg Open final in controversial fashion.
Zverev held his nerve and composure while producing some high-quality tennis and that will give him plenty of confidence and belief coming into this quarter-final tie.
He now meets Stefanos Tsitsipas It was enjoying some good form this week in Paris himself. After losing the first set to Francisco Cerundolo, Tsitsipas on the second and third set to earn this quarter-final clash.
The pair have met on 15 previous occasions, including twice this year which has seen both players win one match apiece. It is the Greek 10th seed who leads the head-to-head having won an impressive 10 of those 15 matches.
We find this one very tough to call but we have a marginal preference for Zverev. Our preference here however is on game betting and we can fully see this one going the distance.
