Alex de Minaur vs Jiri Lehecka prediction
Alex de Minaur had a mostly solid clay season but ended it on a poor note as he lost in the second-round of Roland Garros to Alexander Bublik. The Australian was two sets up but allowed Bublik back into the match and was forced to pay the price. De Minaur does have pedigree on grass, having reached the final here in 2023 and won three titles on the surface.
He takes on Jiri Lehecka in the first-round. Lehecka began his grass court season in Stuttgart last week and reached the quarter-finals where he lost to Ben Shelton in straight sets.
Their only previous encounter was at the Davis Cup in 2023, with the Australian coming from a set down to defeat Lehecka in a very close match. This is a difficult first-round match for De Minaur but he moves well on the grass and has the ability to outlast Lehecka.
Alex de Minaur vs Jiri Lehecka tip: Alex de Minaur to win 2-1
