Aleksandar Vukic vs Kyrian Jacquet prediction

Aleksandar Vukic returns to action for the first time since suffering a five set defeat at the US Open, where he lost to Rei Sakamoto in the opening round. The Australian had also suffered a 6-4 6-4 defeat to Stefanos Sakellaridis at the Quebec City Challenger immediately before New York. Vukic’s standout result of 2026 came earlier in the North American hard court swing when he won the Granby Challenger.

Kyrian Jacquet has not featured since US Open qualifying. The Frenchman opened with a straight sets win over Lautaro Midon before being beaten by Aziz Dougaz in the second qualifying round. His best result of the season came much earlier, when he won the Manama Challenger, beating Luca Nardi in the final after a three set victory.

Vukic leads the head-to-head 1-0 following his convincing win in Quebec City last month. His big serve should be well suited to these courts, while the previous meeting may also give him a slight advantage.
