Aleksandar Kovacevic vs Frances Tiafoe prediction

Frances Tiafoe features in the Washington draw for the ninth time hoping to go on and reach his first final in the US capital.

The sixth seed made the semi-finals last year but faces an immediate test in 2025 against fellow American Aleksandar Kovacevic.

The world number 66 defeated Quentin Halys 6-2 3-6 6-3 in the first round and will now face Big Foe for the third time.

Kovacevic has yet to win against the American number three losing at the US Open and by a 6-7 6-4 3-6 scoreline at this tournament last year.
