THE PREDICTION
Gold Coast Suns made some decent strides last season but their lack of consistency was still a major concern and it is something they will need to put right in 2021. They started the campaign well last time around but managed to win just one of their final ten matches of the year so they arrive here for this season opener with a big point to prove. They take on West Coast Eagles who went one and out in the finals as they were agonisingly edged by Collingwood but they showed what they can do during the regular season as they finished with a 12-5 record and they should be able to get off to a strong start here having never lost on home soil to the Suns with the winning margin likely to be at least 20 points.
