THE PREDICTION
This should be a thrilling contest as two in-form teams go head-to-head at Adelaide Oval. Port Adelaide (6-2) take on Western Bulldogs (7-1) with the pair occupying two of the top three spots on the ladder at the start of Round 9. Both teams got back to winning ways last time out as they responded to their respective defeats in Round 7 but it was the Power that were the more impressive of the two as they hammered Adelaide. That made it four straight home wins for the Power and while the Bulldogs are capable of prevailing, home soil advantage could prove to be key here with the hosts favoured to make it five wins in six meetings against the visiting side.
