THE PREDICTION
GWS Giants failed to hit the heights of the 2019 season last time around as they missed out on a spot in the finals. They lost three straight games to end the campaign and that cost them any chance of finishing in the top eight. They will hope for better in 2021 but face a tricky test to get underway against St Kilda, a side who managed to win their opening game in the finals but then fell short against eventual Premiership winners Richmond. St Kilda were big winners the last time these two met but home advantage could be crucial here and the Giants are fancied to edge this.
