THE PREDICTION
Fremantle produced an immediate response to their defeat against
Carlton by thrashing Hawthorn last week. That is now three wins in their
last four matches for the Dockers but this will be a very difficult
task for them as they take on Geelong Cats. Having defeated the Blues
last week, Geelong have now won eight of their last nine matches which
sees them sit just four points behind top of the ladder Melbourne. That
form over such a long period is difficult to overlook and having beaten
the Dockers in five of their last six meetings, it would be a surprise
if they failed to record another success here even though they come into
this with a couple of key injuries to overcome.
