THE PREDICTION
Port Adelaide moved a step closer to clinching the minor premiership as they made it three wins in a row with a comfortable win over North Melbourne last week. They still have work to do to ensure they finish in the top four despite their good run but they can secure that position with a win over Essendon here. The Bombers’ season was all but ended with a heavy loss to Geelong Cats last week and they could be forgiven for putting the cue on the rack in this clash. The Power are likely to be extremely focused here with so much at stake for them and they should be able to win this by at least 20 points.
