THE PREDICTION
GWS Giants and Melbourne face-off in a hugely pivotal clash with a spot in the top eight on the line. The Giants possess a four-point advantage over the Demons with just two matches remaining in the race for the finals and whilst there are others teams still involved, a loss for the Melbourne side will end their season. The Giants on the other hand can lose and still make the finals but they too will be desperate to come out on top to solidify their position. The Giants suffered a shock loss to Adelaide Crows last week and whilst they are capable of responding, there is so much at stake here that this is likely to be a nervy affair that produces no more than 120 points.
