Adrian Mannarino vs Eliot Spizzirri prediction

Adrian Mannarino got his 2026 off to a losing start as he fell to a 6-3 6-2 defeat to former Grand Slam champion Marin Cilic in the first-round of the Hong Kong Open. The Frenchman enjoyed a strong hard court swing in the summer, making the round-of-16 in Cincinnati and the US Open, but he has struggled since and the defeat to Cilic was a poor way to start the season.

Eliot Spizzirri began his season in the qualifying rounds of the Brisbane International, but he lost in the first stage to Quentin Halys in straight sets. He fared better for this event as he got through his two qualifying stages. He beat Cristian Garin and Juan Manuel Cerundolo in straight sets, and he’ll be hopeful of a first tour-level win of the season against Mannarino.

There’s little to separate the pair, but Spizzirri has some momentum after his wins in qualifying and could dictate more of the rallies with his aggressive style of play from the baseline.
