THE PREDICTION

The ever-unpredictable Sale Sharks handed Harlequins a first defeat of the new Premiership season in a 28-22 defeat away from home but the reigning champions still finished the weekend in second place with a game in-hand over leaders Leicester Tigers. It will be interesting to see how Quins fare following their first defeat since becoming Premiership champions but a home tie against struggling Bath looks to be an excellent settler for the nerves. The visitors have lost all four of their opening matches but the defeats had been close until last Sunday, when Saracens totally trounced them 17-71 at home. It remains to be seen if conceding 10 tries at home rallies Bath or send them further into the doldrums but this is a difficult trip to make off the back of it and Quins can cover -15 here in victory.
