THE PREDICTION
Edinburgh have endured a United Rugby Championship season of two halves after a searing start has slowly deteriorated over the last few months but with the league almost back on level matches they look capable of sneaking the play-offs. They have scored at least 54 points in each of their last three home matches across all competitions and an unbeaten home record this season looks set to stay unchallenged as struggling Bath come to visit. Bath lost 42-22 at Exeter Chiefs last time out to snap a three-match unbeaten streak in an otherwise torrid Premiership season but there is no question that they are slowly improving. Backing Edinburgh to win a match that goes over 40 points seems a sensible pick here but the hosts should be able to cover around -8.
