Head Coach: Richard Agar

Squad: L. Briscoe, Cuthbertson, Donaldson, Dwyer, Handley, Hurrell, Johnson, Jones-Buchanan, Lui, Martin, Myler, Newman, Oledzki, Peteru, Singleton, Smith, L. Sutcliffe, Walker, Ward

Unavailable: Dom Crosby, Carl Ablett, Tom Briscoe, Trent Merrin, Brett Ferres, Ava Seumanufagai

  • Leeds lost out to in-form Salford last week and will see out their season with a permanent head coach after Richard Agar was handed the job earlier in the week with Warrington the final visitors to Headingley this year.
  • Stevie Ward made his long-awaited return from injury last week and the Rhinos back rower will hope to feature again here after he was selected in the 19-man squad but there is no place for hooker Shaun Lunt who is replaced by youngster Corey Johnson, who could make his debut.
  • Trent Merrin, Brett Ferres and Ava Seumanufagai are all out injured so will not feature in this game and they are replaced in the 19 by Brad Singleton and Nathaniel Peteru, with Ward taking the final place after he was initially left out last week.

Head Coach: Steve Price

Squad: Akauola, Austin, Charnley, D. Clark, J. Clark, Cooper, Currie, Goodwin, Hill, Hughes, King, Lineham, Mamo, Murdoch-Masila, Patton, Philbin, Ratchford, Smith, Westwood

Unavailable: Matt Davis

  • Warrington finally got back to winning ways in the Super League after a run of six games without a win as they edged out Wakefield last week and will look to head into the play-offs with a home tie but they will still need other results to go their way regardless of the outcome here.
  • The Wolves were boosted by the return of Blake Austin and the influential stand-off will be key to his side's chances here, joined in the squad this week by Jack Hughes and Ben Westwood.
  • They come into the 19 in place of Harvey Livett and Lama Tasi who are dropped with Warrington practically at full-strength other than Matt Davis who is still not fit enough to return.

This is a pivotal game for Warrington as they seek the win to secure a home tie in the play-offs but they still need other results to fall right for that to be the case. They head to Leeds to face a Rhinos side that will want this season to end after avoiding relegation but will also want to lay down a marker for next year. The pressure is off for Leeds and they will be able to play some free-flowing rugby, but Warrington should be able to get the better of them.
