Japanese kickboxer Mizuki Inoue got her UFC career off to a winning start last time out in August 2019 as she got the split decision over Yu Wanan. She has a 14-5 professional MMA record coming into this fight with nine submisson and five decision victories and she will be motivated to build on that here. She has six wins in her last seven fights as she is currently in the best form of her career to date.

Inoue meets Amanda Lemos here and the 33-year-old Brazilian has a 7-1-1 record ahead of this fight. She has had two fights in the UFC and suffered a TKO loss in her first against Leslie Smith back in July 2017, but after a long layoff, she retuned to submit Miranda Granger last December and she will be eager to string a run of wins together now.

This fight between Mizuki Inoue and Amanda Lemos is one of the more competitive and quality bouts on the undercard. Lemos has good power in her hands with five of her seven MMA wins coming via KO/TKO which is an impressive record in the women’s strawweight division. She will be gunning for the knockout from the first bell here but she is facing a superb technician in Mizuki Inoue. The Japanese fighter has not managed a single knockout in her 19 fights but she is technically superb and she will be looking to avoid Lemos’ haymakers and control the fight in the clinch. She has never been stopped herself and she has to be favoured to either get a submission or take this on the scorecards.

Winner: Inoue via decision
