The Albert Bartlett looks be another competitive field with numerous entries possessing a strong chance of getting their nose in front. Stattler for Willie Mullins and Paul Townend has been very consistent since his debut and has yet to finish lower than third in any of his six races, although only two have ended in victory so he may have to produce more here. Alaphilippe is another consistent type and recorded a Grade 2 success last time out with an impressive victory at Haydock while Fakiera was a respectable fourth in a Grade 1 at Leopardstown in February. Another consistent type that appeals is Adrimel having won on his last three outings, the latter of which was a Grade 2 victory.
Another big field with plenty possessing chances but preference is four Adrimel who goes in search of a four-timer. He is progressing well and showed plenty of heart to snatch the win by a neck in his Grade 2 win in January. He will need to improve further on that effort but the 6-year-old is trending in the right direction over hurdles with this trip likely to suit.
