THE PREDICTION
CSKA Moscow were kicking themselves last week as their 1-0 defeat to Rubin Kazan meant they were unable to capitalise on Zenit dropping points. They followed that up with a defeat to Wolfsberger in the Europa League which ended their hopes of qualification to the knockout rounds of that tournament so their primary focus will very much be on maintaining their title challenge in the Russian Premier League. They run into a side in excellent form though, with Khimki proving that they well and truly belong in the division with a string of excellent results. You would still have to edge the title challengers to clinch this but, given the visitors’ form, selecting Draw no Bet is advised.
