THE PREDICTION
Mainz’s confidence will be lifted by their impressive 1-1 draw at Borussia Dortmund on Saturday, which moved them back above Schalke at the bottom. After picking up their first point under new coach Bo Svensson, they will now be looking to get all three against Wolfsburg - a team they have not beaten since November 2015. The Wolves have yet to win in 2021 but they have only lost two league games all season, and they were away to Bayern and Dortmund. On paper they are the stronger side and the favourites here, but given that they have drawn half of their matches this season, and with the hosts showing some positive signs in recent weeks, Draw No Bet may well be a wise move in this instance.
