THE PREDICTION
PSG come into this League Cup final having already won the Coupe de France last weekend beating Saint-Etienne 1-0 and they will have the advantage of having a competitive match unlike Lyon. That victory came at a price however as Kylian Mbappe picked up an ankle injury and misses out here so reduces their attacking threat to a degree. That said, they still possess plenty of quality and are understandably favourites to win this game. Lyon are a wounded animal right now having feel unfairly treated by the decision to cancel the remainder of the Ligue 1 season. They will be fired up for this one and have had a series of friendlies to prepare for this game. In normal circumstances, goals at both ends would be favoured but without too much match practise, that may be risky here. Paris have to be favoured though to get the win with Neymar and Icardi being the difference makers.
