THE PREDICTION
Swansea missed the chance to climb above Brentford and into the automatic promotion places in dramatic fashion this past Saturday after they were heavily beaten 4-1 away at a previously out of form Huddersfield. Steve Cooper will no doubt be expecting a sharp response from his side at the Liberty Stadium, with Coventry the visitors. The Sky Blues were responsible for Brentford dropping points at the weekend after beating them 2-0 and Mark Robins’ men will fancy their chances at causing another shock here. This is expected to be a cagey affair of attack vs defence, with Swansea likely to start at a fast pace and try to impose their attractive style of football on the visitors. If Coventry can survive the inevitable early barrage from the hosts, then they could grow into the contest as it continues. Robins’ side have held league leaders Norwich already this season away from home and despite entering this game as underdogs, are worth considering double chance when taking into account their confidence and defensive stability following that excellent win at the weekend.
