FIFA 19 – TSZ's eSports Player Rankings Update Following FUT Champions Cup #1

Email

With the first FUT Champions Cup of the FIFA 19 cycle having taken place over the weekend, our number crunchers have been hard at work updating our unique FIFA eSports player rankings.

So, who are the movers and shakers after the weekend?

PS4

  • 'Joksan' continues to top the PS4 rankings. Following his PS4 Continental Cup victory, the American was once again the top player on the PS4, beating all others to be named the PS4 champion. He eventually fell to 'F2Tekkz' in the cross-console final.
  • 'MaestroSquad' has risen to second in the PS4 rankings after making the PS4 semi-finals and scoring the second most goals of any player in Bucharest.
  • Rounding out the top three is 'mo_aubameyang' who backed up his semi-final appearance at the Continental Cup with a visit to the knockout stages at the FUT Champions Cup #1.
  • Our pre tournament pick, 'nicolas99fc', comes into the rankings at fifth spot. The Argentinian once again showed he is a master of defence, having conceded just 1.27 goals per game during the tournament.

XBOX ONE

  • 'F2Tekkz' tops the Xbox One player rankings having taken home the trophy at the inaugural FUT Champions Cup. The Englishman overcame 'Ajax Dani 46' in the Xbox One final before beating the Continental Cup champion 'Joksan' in the Grand Final.
  • 'Rogue GM21' is second in our rankings system after his journey to the semi-finals of the Xbox One side of the Championship. The Canadian was the only PS4 player to go 5-0 in the group stages.
  • Beaten Xbox One finalist 'Ajax Dani 46' rounds out the top three following his trip to the Xbox One console final.
