TEAM NEWS & PREDICTED LINE-UPS

ARSENAL

• Unai Emery rung the changes for their midweek League Cup match with Liverpool as all 11 players who started the GW10 match against Crystal Palace were rotated out of the side.
• Following events on and off the pitch surrounding Granit Xhaka (£5.3m), Emery has iterated that the midfielder will not feature against Wolves. When asked if he was going to play, Emery said: "He's not in my mind. I think that tomorrow, he is not going to play."
• After scoring midweek, Lucas Torreira (£4.8m) is a potential replacement for Xhaka in the middle of the park.
• The gaffer was impressed with Mesut Ozil (£7.2m) and Gabriel Martinelli (£4.5m) midweek and hinted that the duo could feature in some capacity in GW11: "The performance was positive at Liverpool and I am thinking how they can help us tomorrow."

ASTON VILLA

• Dean Smith made nine changes for the midweek match against Wolves with only Douglas Luiz (£4.5m) and Trezeguet (£5.3m) retaining their places. The pair both completed the 90 minutes so could be in line for a rest. Of the two, Trezeguet is the most likely to see time on the bench.
• The manager is hopeful that Jack Grealish (£5.9m) will be fit for the weekend after being brought off early in the GW10 match against Man City: "He's getting there. I am very, very hopeful that he will be fit for Saturday. It's progressed, I'm never too worried when it is a kick. It was a dead calf, he's had a small bleed in there. He’s progressing well to the treatment."
• Keinan Davis (£4.4m) - registered as a midfielder in FPL but viewed by Dean Smith as a forward - has been ruled out for the time being while Jota (£5.8m) is still out: "Jota will start training on Monday / everybody else is fit"

BOURNEMOUTH

• Eddie Howe has stated his side have no new injury concerns ahead of the trip to Bournemouth. The likes of David Brooks (£6.3m) and Junior Stanislas (£5.9m) have once again been ruled out of the match: "I think we're pretty similar to last week. David Brooks isn't ready yet, Junior Stanislas is still working his way back. A couple of other little niggles but nothing too serious."
• One player set to return this week is midfielder Dan Gosling (£4.9m). When asked about the player, Howe said: “Dan is getting closer and we are really pleased to have him back. He is a great energiser. He has an eye for goal and is a big player for us.”
• The Cherries have now gone three league matches without a goal but Howe was at pains to say that he “backs his forwards” when asked about their current plight.

BRIGHTON

• Graham Potter has confirmed that the side have no new injury news as Jose Izquierdo (£5.4m) and Bernardo (£4.3m) remain his two absentees: "Jose Izquierdo and Bernardo will still be missing - apart from that everyone is available this weekend. There's progression but nothing new to report. We're hopeful Jose will feature before the end of the season."
• One player back after missing the last match is midfielder Aaron Mooy (£4.8m), who returns after serving out his suspension for the red card he received in GW9 against Aston Villa.
• The manager has also spoken about the possibility of midfielder Leandro Trossard (£5.8m) starting after his return to action last weekend: "They were his first minutes since the end of August, so that's the consideration: how much time he can play. The quality of Leandro is not in doubt. We have to just manage that situation the best we can."

BURNLEY

• A late fitness test will again be required for Chris Wood (£6.2m), who is still struggling to put his troublesome hamstring issues behind him: "Chris Wood’s touch and go, he’s making a good recovery but you always get those moments of decision: should we, shouldn’t we? We’ll speak to him over the next 24 hours." In Woods’ absence, Ashley Barnes (£6.3m) and Jay Rodriguez (£5.7m) look set to continue leading the line.
• In other injury related news, both Johann Berg Gudmundsson (£5.9m) and Phil Bardsley (£4.3m) remain out. Midfielder Danny Drinkwater (£4.4m) is back in training but is still a number of weeks away from first-team football: “He’s injury-free, which is feeling good, so it gives him a more balanced situation to push on. He’s back on the grass and he’s training but he’ll need a bit of a period to get back up to full speed now. That’s the challenge.”
• Following two assists in just six second half minutes, Robbie Brady (£5.5m) is in line to be recalled to the starting XI after dropping to the bench against Chelsea.

CHELSEA

• Frank Lampard made a whole host of changes to his starting XI for the midweek Carabao Cup tie against Man Utd. Out of the starting line-up went Tammy Abraham (£7.8m), Mason Mount (£6.9m), Willian (£7.1m), Cesar Azpilicueta (£5.9m), Kepa (£5.5m) and Fiyako Tomori (£4.8m).
• All six are likely to be recalled at the weekend with the possible exception of Willian, who is embroiled in an increasingly fierce battle for the wing slots with Callum Hudson-Odoi (£6.0m), Christian Pulisic (£7.2m) and Pedro (£6.9m): "You could say Pedro and Willian as well, who are top class players in different stages of their career. There’s competition for places. That’s good. It keeps them on edge and means they have to perform to keep their place.. I’m not here to rotate for the sake of it." Pulisic is perhaps the most likely to start after Lampard said "let's see him reproduce it" when referring to last week's hat-trick performance against Burnley.
• Despite Antonio Rudiger (£6.0m) declaring himself fit, Lampard is not of the same opinion: "No, he’s not fit. There was a miscommunication.". N'Golo Kante (£5.0m) is close bit will not make it, while Ross Barkley (£5.6m) "is still not right". Andreas Christensen (£4.9m) is "pretty much fit" so Kurt Zouma's (£4.7m) position in the team is potentially under threat.

CRYSTAL PALACE

• Andros Townsend (£5.6m) seems unlikely to feature against Leicester given Roy Hodgson's comments: "I think we may have lost Andros Townsend which is a blow. He felt a muscle strain against Arsenal and hasn’t trained before today [Friday]. He was desperate to see how it went but didn’t complete the session. We’ll see tomorrow of course but I’ll be surprised [if he is available]."
• That could see Wilfried Zaha (£6.7m) switch to the right flank and Jeffrey Schlupp (£5.5m) come in on the left, as he has done previously this season.
• Elsewhere, Hodgson was positive about his general squad health: "The good news is Vicente Guaita (£5.0m) has trained all week and Mamadou Sakho (£5.0m) and Connor Wickham (£4.5m) took part in the early part of our session today [Friday]." This would indicate that Wayne Hennessey's (£4.4m) stint between the sticks could come to an end.

EVERTON

• Yerry Mina (£5.4m) would appear to have an outside chance of featuring against Spurs, with Marco Silva stating: "[Mina] worked with the team this morning. We did the normal exams and it's nothing serious, it's a matter of having the conditions to support the pain he has. It's possible he can play, let's see how he will react tomorrow."
• Bernard (£6.5m) and Jean-Philippe Gbamin (£4.8m) are the only other injury concerns for Silva at this moment in time.
• Silva was asked about Richarlison's (£7.9m) role in the team: "He played on the right and scored twice against Wolves. He can play the three positions in our attack line, he's a player that can smell a goal easily."
  
• The Toffees boss could keep faith with the front four from last week's defeat against Everton although Gylfi Sigurdsson (£7.5m), Moise Kean (£6.5m) and Dominic Calvert-Lewin (£5.8m) will all be considered should Silva opt to shuffle his pack.

LEICESTER

• It was all smiles at the Leicester City press conference with Brendan Rodgers reporting a near fully-fit squad: "Clean bill of health. We only have Matty James (£4.4m) out for a while but everyone is alright other than that."
  
• Despite featuring heavily in the League Cup midweek, it seems unlikely that in-form Youri Tielemans (£6.5m) will be given a rest against Crystal Palace in Gameweek 11: "He’s at the level fitness wise, the first few games he was still finding that. He’s a player who is better in rhythm, hence why he has played in those cup games. There may be times when we have to take him out. But he’s in his flow and is 22 years old."
• Following the record-equalling victory over Southampton last Friday, it is reasonable to assume that Rodgers will leave his starting XI untouched on Sunday.

LIVERPOOL

• Jurgen Klopp made wholesale changes for the midweek match against Arsenal as all 11 players who started the GW10 match against Spurs were either dropped to the bench or rested completely. All 11 should be recalled to the starting line-up for Saturday’s match against Aston Villa. Joel Matip (£5.5m) is still absent.
• Klopp has played down any concerns over the fitness of Mo Salah (£12.4m) after coming off slightly early last week with a reoccurrence of his troublesome ankle injury: “Mo is fine. Towards the end of the game it is more precaution because the ankle gets more tired and he feels it a little bit more. But he is fine, he is good. All the others are fit, hungry and ready to go.”
• One player who will miss out is midfielder Naby Kieta (£5.8m), who was substituted early midweek with a knock: “If Naby’s injury is not so serious, which I hope, then it was a nearly perfect night. He felt a little bit. I saw it, he slipped when he lost the ball. He slipped away, I saw him limping afterwards and that’s why we did it.”
• With midfielder Fabinho (£5.5m) one booking away from a suspension, Klopp was asked about the possibility of resting the player with the match against Man City coming up next week: "No challenges at all! That's not possible against Aston Villa, playing without challenges, especially in that position. It's information we have to deal with. Maybe he has to deal with it on the pitch or I have to deal with it in the line-up."

MAN CITY

• Unsurprisingly, Pep Guardiola made a plethora of changes to the starting XI for the midweek League Cup victory over GW11 opponents Southampton. Of the team that started GW10, only Gabriel Jesus (£9.5m) and Bernardo Silva (£7.9m) retained that starting berths.
• The midweek game saw the return to action of Sergio Aguero (£12.1m). Jesus was also in the XI, marking the first time this has happened (from the start) since September 1st, 2018. Aguero marked the appearance with a brace and given the amount of fixtures Jesus has now played in a row, the Argentinian striker could be set to lead the line on Saturday. When asked about the striker dilemma and who to play up top, Pep uttered: "It’s really hard. They know they have to play well and score goals and that’s what they are doing."
• Away from the uncertainty surrounding Aguero, it seems likely that popular FPL assets Raheem Sterling (£12.1m), Kevin De Bruyne (£10.2m) and David Silva (£7.7m) will all start the match at the weekend. Both KDB and Silva watched the League Cup match from the bench, while Sterling was given the night off completely.
• There is still no news on the potential suspension of Bernardo Silva (£7.9m). Given he played again midweek, the Portuguese international could be in line for a rest this weekend, although he could be preferred to Riyad Mahrez (£8.5m) on the right wing.
• Fernandinho (£5.2m) served out his one-match ban during the midweek tie and therefore seems likely to return to the starting XI at the weekend. That would likely see Nicolas Otamendi (£5.5m) revert to the bench, with John Stones (£5.3m) occupying the other centre-back berth.
• Pep reported no new injury concerns at his press conference: "The guys who were injured are injured and the guys who are fit are fit."
• Benjamin Mendy (£5.9m), Joao Cancelo (£5.3m) and Kyle Walker (£5.9m) are vying for the two full-back slots, with the latter most perhaps most likely to sit this one out after playing the most minutes midweek. Another potential option is Angelino (£4.7m), who hobbled off midweek. However. Pep dismissed that as "cramp".

MAN UTD

• Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has played down the knocks picked up by Marcus Rashford (£8.4m), Harry Maguire (£5.4m) and Victor Lindelof (£5.4m) and has said he will give the trio every chance to prove their fitness ahead of the match against Bournemouth: "It’s still early, hopefully we can get them back on the pitch tomorrow, they had some treatment and a light session but I can’t exactly tell you."
• Solskjaer named a strong starting XI for the midweek match against Chelsea with Anthony Martial (£7.6m), Andreas Pereira (£5.0m), David de Gea (£5.5m) and Ashley Young (£5.4m) the only changes from the side that won against Norwich. All four are expected to come back into the starting XI.
• On the injury front, they are still set to be without Paul Pogba (£8.4m), Diego Dalot (£4.9m), Nemanja Matic (£4.8m), Luke Shaw (£5.4m) and Axel Tuanzebe (£4.4m).

NEWCASTLE

• On the injury front, Steve Bruce has ruled Fabian Schar (£5.0m) out of the match this weekend but is hopeful the defender will be back for the game against Bournemouth in Gameweek 12: “He could be OK for Bournemouth. He’s been sore with his knee for a while, but we don’t think it’s too serious.”
• The GW11 match against West Ham also comes a week to soon for Matt Ritchie (£5.3m) but Andy Carroll (£5.4m) should be available after training with the first team this week: “Andy Carroll has trained the last couple of days, so he’ll come back into the squad. It’s still too early for Matt Ritchie."
• Florian Lejeune (£4.4m) continued his rehabilitation with a run-out for the u23s earlier in the week. On the defender, Bruce had this to say: “He’ll play again at Aston Villa on Monday night. Hopefully he’ll get 75 or 80 minutes in that one. We’ve another international break coming up, and hopefully after that he’ll be available.”
• Isaac Hayden (£4.4m) is again available after completing his three-match ban and could come straight back into the side at the expense of Sean Longstaff (£5.0m), who is currently serving his own suspension. Other options to replace Longstaff include Jonjo Shelvey (£5.0m) and Ki Sung-yueng (£4.8m).

NORWICH

• The most significant news with regards to FPL assets is that Todd Cantwell (£4.8m) is a doubt for the trip to Brighton, with Daniel Farke remarking that "We have to wait to see if he's ready." Even without the injury, Cantwell was at risk of dropping out of the team due to some poor performances recently, so this only increases the chances of that happening. Onel Hernandez (£5.3m) may step in, then, while Marco Stiepermann (£5.3m) - who replaced Moritz Leitner (£4.5m) at half-time in GW10 - could also feature as Farke seeks to turn fortunes around.
• The Canaries will make a late call on Ibrahim Amadou (£4.5m) after he picked up an injury against Man Utd last week, but given the lack of available personnel in defence, Ibrahim will be given every chance.
• There was better news in the goalkeeper department as Tim Krul (£4.5m) has been declared fit with Farke stating that his injury "wasn't serious", while understudy Ralf Fahrmann (£4.4m) will also travel with the squad.
  

SHEFFIELD UTD

• Chris Wilder has spoken about potential injuries in the squad and despite not stating any specific names has said: "There's a couple that we are hoping are going to be fit for the weekend. They'll go through the process today and tomorrow, give them as much time as possible."
• After being dropped to the bench last time out, Lys Mousset (£4.9m) could be set to regain his position in the starting XI after Wilder hinted he would have started last week if there was a greater gap between fixtures: "I believe we made the right call last week but maybe if we'd had a week's work with Lys, the games Saturday to Saturday, then I'd have been very, very tempted to start him at West Ham." Callum Robinson (£5.3m) would be the most likely to make way.

SOUTHAMPTON

• Following the 0-9 battering at the hands of Leicester, Hassenhuttl rung the changes for their midweek League Cup tie against GW11 opponents Man City. The manager made six alterations as he lined up in a 5-4-1 formation, something he could do again at the weekend: "It's not so easy or seldom possible to press them high, this is why we immediately dropped back and came back in shape after losing the ball. This is not our normal style."
• The manager is also likely to make a number of changes from that midweek Cup side, saying: "We will make a few changes, a few fresh guys, because we invested a lot on Tuesday." Most likely to come back in are Danny Ings (£6.0m) and Nathan Redmond (£6.3m).
• On the injury front, both Cedric Soares (£4.8m) and Moussa Djenepo (£5.2m) have returned to first team training following their respective layoffs. Neither is likely to feature for Southampton this weekend though: "I'm happy that they are both back. It's probably a little bit too early for the weekend because today was only a light session. But the game after they are an option, yes.” Ryan Bertrand (£4.8m) will miss the match through suspension.
• Hassenhuttl has no concerns either over the fitness of Sofiane Boufal (£5.5m) and Redmond who both picked up little niggles during the midweek Carabao Cup tie against Man City: "Sofiane had a slight problem with his knee after the midweek game and Reddie also, but they are okay and are both options for the weekend.”
• After conceding nine last time out, Hassenhuttl was non-committal on who will start between the sticks for him this weekend: "Not an easy evening for Angus Gunn (£4.5m) against Leicester. Alex McCarthy (£4.3m) made a good job on Tuesday, made a few good saves and with his body language in the goal, made a good performance. I haven't decided yet what I'll do."

SPURS

• Erik Lamela (£5.9m) is nursing a hamstring injury and has been ruled out of the trip to Everton, while Jan Vertonghen (£5.3m), who also has a hamstring complaint, is touch-and-go to feature.
• Mauricio Pochettino is forced into at least one change as Danny Rose (£5.4m) will serve a one-match ban after receiving his fifth yellow card of the season against Liverpool in Gameweek 10. Ben Davies (£5.4m) is the natural replacement at left-back.
• Elsewhere, Paulo Gazzaniga (£4.4m) will continue between the sticks in the continued absence of the injured Hugo Lloris (£4.4m).
• Poch has plenty of options to rotate his side but may keep personnel changes to a minimum after a general improvement of late. Tanguy Ndombele (£6.0m) is one who is knocking on the door of a starting spot, though.
  

WATFORD

• Quique Sánchez Flores has stated that a solution must be found to the club's goal shortage with the players they have available as Danny Welbeck (£5.9m) and Troy Deeney (£6.2m) remain in the treatment room: "We need to talk about the solutions as these players are not ready right now. We need to be focused on the solutions, with Gerard Deulofeu (£6.1m), with Andre Gray (£5.7m), with Roberto Pereyra (£5.6m)."
• In addition to Welbeck and Deeney, Watford will also be without Ismaila Sarr (£6.2m) and Domingos Quina (£4.4m), though Jose Holebas (£4.7m) should be welcomed back after missing the Bournemouth match through suspension.
• After limping off early against Bournemouth, Flores is hopeful that midfielder Tom Cleverley (£4.9m) will be back sooner rather than later: "He has a little problem with his heel. Hopefully it will not be too long. He is positive he will come back soon." Cleverley was replaced in the match against Bournemouth by Will Hughes (£5.5m).
• Midfielder Etienne Capoue (£4.8m) is another who could play but the manager has said he is “not 100%” fit.

WEST HAM

• Manuel Pellegrini has said that he expects Michail Antonio (£6.9m) to return to full fitness following the international break. Meanwhile, Jack Wilshere’s (£4.7m) fitness is being monitored after the midfielder had to withdraw from last week's squad with a small niggle: “Jack is with some small problem. He is not one hundred per cent fit. “I think that for him it is a risk to try to come back before he has completely recovered from that.”
• Winston Reid (£3.9m) continued his return to fitness with 65 minutes for the u23s on Wednesday night. It is still likely to be a little time before he is back available for the first team though: “Winston Reid played yesterday night with the under-23s. He played 65 minutes without any problems. We’ll see how he reacts. Next, he’ll aim to play another match for the whole game, and as soon as he can, he’ll start working with the first-team squad.”
• After returning to the starting XI last weekend, Robert Snodgrass (£5.2m) could be set to keep his place in the team after an industrious display against Sheffield Utd. On the Scottish winger, the manager had this to say: “For Robert, he wasn’t playing because we had a lot of new players in his position. Pablo Fornals (£6.0m) came in and Andriy Yarmolenko (£6.0m) came back from injury. But he is always very useful, and he always works very well.”

WOLVES

• Nuno Espirito Santo rung the changes for the midweek League Cup defeat to Aston Villa as he switched out his entire starting XI from the one that started the GW10 match against Newcastle. Most, if not all, of these players are likely to come back into the side for the visit to North London.
• Willy Boly (£5.0m) is expected to be out for several months after breaking his left fibula on the morning of the match against Newcastle. Santo played Matt Doherty (£6.0m), Conor Coady (£5.0m) and Romain Saiss (£4.4m) as a back three that match, and could remain that way as Ryan Bennett (£4.9m) has been ruled out after suffering a knock midweek.
