Making his first start since Gameweek 23, Watford midfielder Ismaila Sarr (£6.2m) announced his return in incredible fashion, scoring two goals and laying on a third in Watford's incredible 3-0 win at home to league leaders Liverpool, ending the Reds' unbeaten Premier League campaign. This saw him pick up a total of 19 FPL points from the fixture, more than the likes of Salah, Mane, Firmino, Robertson, Alexander-Arnold and Van Dijk put together. Meanwhile, Adama Traore (£5.9m) started in Wolves' 2-3 away at Spurs, although the flying midfielder did not register an attacking return in the game.
Gameweek 29 sees Sarr's Watford travel to Crystal Palace, whilst Traore's Wolves host Brighton. The latter however, continues to struggle with a shoulder injury, having dislocated it once again against Spurs. This injury, whilst possibly not enough to sideline him, could cost him minutes going forward with Wolves fighting on both a domestic and European front this season. This leads us to favour Sarr in this head-to-head.
Verdict: Ismaila Sarr
