FPL Gameweek 14 – head-to-head comparisons: Kasper Schmeichel vs Nick Pope
Leicester goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel (£5.2m) kept his fourth successive clean sheet in Gameweek 13 and now has six clean sheets in the Premier League this season. He is currently the joint highest scoring FPL keeper alongside Mathew Ryan at Brighton. Burnley's Nick Pope (£4.7m) secured his first away clean sheet of this season for Burnley away at Watford and rewarded his owners with a second straight score of 9 FPL points.
Both will hope to continue where they left off in Gameweek 14 with Schmeichel at home to Everton and Pope at home to Crystal Palace. Pope may be cheaper, but Leicester have looked rock solid at the back for an extended period of time and against an Everton side off the back of a 0-2 home defeat against Norwich, the Foxes and Schmeichel have to be tipped for a fifth consecutive shutout.
Verdict: Kasper Schmeichel
