FPL Gameweek 13 – head-to-head comparisons: Caglar Soyuncu vs Fikayo Tomori
A third clean sheet in three successive league games for Leicester's Caglar Soyuncu (£4.9m) in Gameweek 12 sees him as the fourth highest scoring FPL defender so far this season. Leicester have the best defence in the Premier League with five clean sheets and only eight goals conceded in 12 games.
Chelsea now have three clean sheets in a row at Stamford Bridge, but Gameweek 13 sees them face a wounded Man City at the Etihad Stadium. This does not bode well for owners of Fikayo Tomori (£4.8m), who in a defence that has been chopped and changed throughout the season, has established himself as a regular starter. Man City have scored 19 goals in their six home league games this season and that statistic alone leads us to favour Soyuncu over Tomori, with Leicester looking for a third away clean sheet in a row against Brighton.
Verdict: Caglar Soyuncu
